Grafton is home to the world famous Jacaranda Festival, the July Racing Carnival, Plunge Culture Month and many other exciting events, such as the gruelling Grafton to Inverell Cycle Classic and the Head of River Rowing Regatta, both of which attract competition nationally and internationally.

There are plenty of sporting facilities to keep you feeling fit and healthy whilst staying in town. Hockey, tennis, sailing facilities, fully equipped gyms and yoga are all within a few blocks of Victoria Street Apartments.

There are a range of dining options to suit all tastes and budgets close by including Modern Australian, Indian, Thai, Japanese and Italian, as well as some really good Pub Bistro dining available at Roches Hotel across the road or The Clocktower around the corner.

Grafton is serviced by its own airport with 6 Rex flights in and out daily with a shuttle service operating to and from the airport. Grafton also sits on the main rail link on the New South Wales coast.
